What Our Clients Say

Within a 45-day period our mother went from enjoying her own home to being admitted to an Assisted Living Center. We knew zero about what was ahead of us. Attorney Elizabeth Durnell-Maier was recommended to us. We felt totally confident from our first meeting that she was the one to trust with getting mother's money protected months down the road! Elizabeth was very professional, knowledgeable, and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this young lady!

– Barb G.

Miss Elizabeth established a trust for my wife and I that addressed all of our concerns of protecting our estate as we move into retirement and these later years of our life. She was very professional and thorough, even taking time to walk through the document and patiently answer all of our questions. I have the utmost confidence in her and highly recommend her to others.

– Rick

Elizabeth Durnell-Maier was an excellent attorney for our family. She understood our needs and gave us options so we could decide on what was best for us. She was clear and patient. She answered all of our questions and guided us in the correct direction. I have more peace of mind about our assets now than before. Very personal and attentive.

– Sandra O.

Elizabeth helped me get medicaid for my husband and explained to me how I could use trusts to protect my assets. Everything she said she would do she did. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. She and her team make sure every (i) is doted and every (t) is crossed. She left nothing undone.

– Bonnie

Working with Liz was so easy, why did we wait so long to get all the info together? Thanks for your great service.

– Ann

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do yourself a favor and go see these folks. We were overwhelmed with our mother's situation and went to see Elizabeth and she immediately put us to ease and began handling everything. We LOVE them so much that once we get our mother's affairs in order, we are going to get with them about doing ours!

I can't say enough good things about this firm..Delainah Hewlett is a godsend....she was instrumental in helping me through a very difficult time with my mothers estate.
