Rachel is originally from Mount Vernon, Ohio, but currently resides in Dayton, Ohio as she pursues her law degree at the University of Dayton School of Law. Her passion for helping others drove her to pursue a career in law and, during her first year of law school, developed a passion for elder law and estate planning. During the summer of 2024, she began clerking for Durnell Maier Law and has been with the firm since. She greatly values the opportunity to sharpen her legal skills in a collaborative and professional environment dedicated to client Advocacy.
Rachel is an active student member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association and has enjoyed becoming more involved in the local community. In her free time, she enjoys reading, indoor cycling, and watching college football (Go Bucks!).
